The meeting kicks off with 2 days of exciting virtual content on July 20th and 22nd. The meeting continues July 25-29 either in-person or virtually. All days are included in your registration fee.

CURRENT EVENTS / WORKS IN PROGRESS

The submission form for the Current Events/Works-in-Progress poster session will be posted soon.

The deadline for submissions is 1 June 2021. All presentations will take place as posters on Sunday, 25 July, between 13:00 – 15:00. Individuals will be notified of acceptance of their poster submissions by mid-June.

Lodging

Sleeping rooms will be available at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown and the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel at a discounted rate. The hotel will charge one night’s stay when you make your reservation. It is refundable if you cancel up to 48 hours before arrival. Conference Attire

Casual dress is appropriate throughout the meeting. For comfort in the air-conditioned meeting rooms, a light jacket or sweater is suggested. Some suggested items that will be helpful in making your stay pleasant include an umbrella, comfortable walking shoes.


Registration Desk

The HPS Registration Desk is staffed to check in attendees and exhibitors, and answer any questions you might have regarding the meeting. The Registration Desk will be located at the Phoenix Convention Center near West Hall 1.


Internet Access

Complimentary guest room internet will be provided to attendees staying at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown or the Renaissance Downtown Phoenix if you are a Marriott Bonvoy member.


Food and Beverage

Morning and afternoon breaks will be provided in the exhibit hall. Lunch will be provided in the exhibit hall on Monday and Tuesday. There will be an Awards Lunch on Wednesday open to all attendees.


Messages and Job Announcements

Participants may post messages for friends and colleagues. The registration staff will also post telephone and other messages on these boards. Job announcements or information about employment opportunities may be posted on the Job/Resume Board in the exhibit area.
