What platform is the HPS Workshop using for the virtual attendees?
The HPS Workshop will be using SignalWire as the live streaming service for the meeting. The platform works best on Chrome, Edge and FireFox.


How do I access the virtual platform?
You will receive an email from the secretariat, meetings@hps.org on May 20 that will include a link to Signalwire and a password. Please do not share this password with anyone other than the registrant.


What information will I have to enter when I login?
You will be asked for you name, email and company. You can enter your institution or HPS. Click the join button..


How is the platform organized?
The platform will have a “room” for each session on a given day and attendees are free to enter and leave the rooms as they wish. Each time you enter a new room, you will need to allow your computer to use your microphone and camera. The screen will look like this:


I'm having technical issues, what do I do?
Please follow the below steps to troubleshoot your technical issues

  • Refresh your browser
  • Clear your cache and cookies
  • Close all windows and programs not needed for the event
  • Ensure that any VPN you may have is disabled, if applicable
  • Try an incognito window in your web browser
  • Make sure you have good internet access

If after completing the above, you are still experiencing issues - please use the help button (?) on the top right side of your screen.
We also have a SignalWire/Audio Visual Support Room within the platform. Please join that room and a tech will be able to assist.

How do I access the PEP I registered for?
You will receive an email with your login credentials on May 20th.

Will the sessions be available for viewing after the live broadcast?
All sessions will be recorded and available 1 week after the meeting.

If I am attending in-person can I watch online as well?
No, we prefer you to attend in person.

What do I do if I have not received my registration link?
Please send an email to meetings@hps.org to have the link reset to you.

Are PEP courses included in my registration fee?
PEPs are a separate fee and there is still space in each course if you would like to participate in one of those courses.

What happens if I lose my connection? Can I log back in once online?
Yes, just use the meeting link sent in your confirmation email.

• Meeting attendance is granted 1 CEC per contact hour, excluding meals and business meetings.
• PEP courses are granted 4 CECs each
