Cancellation Policy: Substitutions of meeting attendees may be made at any time in advance of the meeting without penalty. Conference pre-registrations are required at the time of abstract submission and are non-refundable. If you cannot attend the meeting, your registration will be considered a donation to the AAPA. An exception will be made if your abstract is rejected and you do not plan to attend the meeting as a result AAPA will refund your registration. The refund request must be submitted in writing and it must be received by the AAPA Office no later than 27 February 2020.
