Online registration is closed. Please register on site at the meeting. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 20% service charge. Cancellations must be in writing via fax, email or regular mail to the HPS Business Office. Membership payments included in your registration are not refundable for any reason. Cancellation notices received by 2 January will be refunded total registration fees minus the 20% service charge.
