WAYS TO PARTICIPATE
In-person: In-person attendance at this year’s meeting will include the welcome reception at the hotel, concurrent sessions, complimentary continental breakfasts, and coffee breaks. In-person attendees will also have access to the virtual sessions and any of the uploaded content.
Online: New this year, for the 2022 Biannual meeting, ASP will offer an Online only option. By selecting this option, you will have access to a live online track and uploaded content from the in-person part of the meeting. ASP will offer one virtual track per day of content for virtual attendees to view and participate in. ASP will ask presenters to record their talk from the in-person sessions to be uploaded after the meeting. Any presentations that are recorded and sent to ASP will be made available after the conference. The online option will offer a smaller amount of content than the in-person meeting, however it is still a great way to connect and experience some great content.
Cancellation Policy
Substitutions of meeting participants may be made at any time without penalty. All conference cancellations must be in writing and must reach the ASP Office by August 24 to receive a refund. You may switch from In-Person to Online participation with no penalty, up until August 24, 2022; if you decide to do this you will be refunded the difference between the in-person and online registration rate. All refunds will be issued after the meeting minus a 20% processing fee. Refunds will not be issued to no-shows. In the event of a meeting cancellation or reschedule, we will not be held responsible or liable for other costs, charges, and/or expenses, including such things as cancellation/change charges which might be assessed by hotels, airlines or travel agencies.
