The hybrid meeting is August 16-19 either in-person or virtually. All days are included in your registration fee.

The OAS Annual Meeting will be held at the attached W Hotel. All Sessions will be in the Great Room 1 and 2 with breakouts in Industry 1 and 2 on Meeting Level 5.

OAS is currently accepting presentation and poster proposals. Individuals will be notified of acceptance of their poster submissions by in June. For questions regarding poster and presentation submissions, contact Terry Derstine.

Sleeping rooms will be available at the Element Philadelphia at the per diem rate of $166 USD/night. Nights are available from August 15, 2021 until August 19, 2021.

CONFERENCE ATTIRE
Business Casual dress is appropriate throughout the meeting. For comfort in the air-conditioned meeting rooms, a light jacket or sweater is suggested. Some suggested items that will be helpful in making your stay pleasant include an umbrella, comfortable walking shoes.
REGISTRATION DESK
New this year, an OAS registration desk will not be staffed to check in attendees and pay meeting fees. All registration costs must be paid prior to the conference. Badges and conference bags will be available for pickup in the meeting room.
INTERNET ACCESS
Complimentary wireless is available in guest rooms, lobby and public areas. Complimentary wireless in not available in conference areas.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Morning and afternoon breaks will be provided.
