Lodging

Sleeping rooms will be available at the Gaylord National Resort at a discounted rate. The hotel will charge one night’s stay when you make your reservation. It is refundable if you cancel up to 48 hours before arrival. Reduced-rate reservations in the HPS block may be booked by using this link.

This is the ONLY way to book a room at the hotel at the HPS rate!!!


HPS polos and hats

Tshirt

Presales for HPS polos and hats available through our web store. Discounted pricing is available through May 7 for pick-up at HPS 2023 conference center July 23-27, 2023. Limited quantities of the merchandise will also be available for purchase on-site at the conference. We do not ship merchandise, but you can designate someone else to pick up your order in “Order notes". Orders can be canceled through May 7 with full amount refunded minus transaction fees. Conference Attire

Casual dress is appropriate throughout the meeting. For comfort in the air-conditioned meeting rooms, a light jacket or sweater is suggested. Some suggested items that will be helpful in making your stay pleasant include an umbrella, comfortable walking shoes.


Registration Desk

The HPS Registration Desk is staffed to check in attendees and exhibitors, and answer any questions you might have regarding the meeting. The Registration Desk will be located in the Prince George’s Exhibit Hall Foyer.


Internet Access

Complimentary guest room internet will be provided to attendees staying at the Gaylord National Resort.


Food and Beverage

Morning and afternoon breaks will be provided Monday through Wednesday in the exhibit hall. Lunch will be provided on Monday and Tuesday in the exhibit hall. There will be an Awards Lunch on Wednesday open to all attendees. The Welcome Reception will take place on Monday in the exhibit hall.


Messages and Job Announcements

Message boards are located in the Prince George’s Exhibit Hall Foyer. Participants may post messages for friends and colleagues. The registration staff will also post telephone and other messages on these boards. Job announcements or information about employment opportunities may be posted on the Job/Resume Board in the exhibit area.
