Where is my email link?
Check your email for notifications from customercare@gotowebinar.com. Check spam, too. If you don’t see anything, please email us at FAIS@burkinc.com.

When will I get email reminders?
You will get email reminders one hour before each day’s session.

How do I know which link to use?
Most the sessions and plenaries and keynotes are in Track 1 (T1). When there are concurrent sessions, we will also be using Track 2 (T2). Please refer to the program to see if you want to be in Track 1 (T1) or Track 2 (T2) during concurrent sessions.

What do I do if I cannot hear the video?
Sometimes government devices block or hinder the audio during the pre-recorded videos. Please try to watch on a personal device. If using a mobile device, please download the app for the best experience.

How do I join the live session?
There is a link unique to you for that day in the email one hour before. Use that link to join the day’s live session.
