Registration Rates
Registration categories include:
- 1. student (undergraduate or graduate)
- 2. postdoctoral researchers
- 3. professional
There is cheaper registration for members of the sponsoring societies (ISIRD and TCS) and for early registration.
Registration includes in-person access to the presentations and programming on all five days, a PDF of the congress program with all abstracts, daily morning and afternoon coffee/tea breaks (except Wednesday), the evening poster session(s) and the opening BBQ social (Sunday evening).
Costs for accommodation, the AU dining package, the congress dinner (Thursday evening) and any ISIRD organized Wednesday tours are billed separately.

All cancellations/refunds are subject to a 20% service charge. Requests for a refund and cancellations must be received in writing to the ICIRD Business Office by May 2nd, 2025. No refunds will be issued if received after May 2, 2025. Any changes made with any registration items will incur a 10% change fee.
