GUIDELINES

Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your application to participate in the Student Volunteer Program for the upcoming Annual Meeting. In order to be eligible for student support you must fulfill all of the following:

• Be an undergraduate student member or graduate student member of one of the sponsoring societies for 2024/2025.
• Complete this application form in its entirety before the deadline of June 1, 2025 or until all spots are filled.
• Provide 4 hours of assistance to JMIH during the Annual Meeting, as described below. Failure to fulfill your obligation will cause immediate cancellation of your support.
• JMIH Student volunteer opportunities include:
• Working at the registration desk
• Assisting the Speaker Ready Room techs
• Set up & breakdown of posters

2025 JMIH STUDENT VOLUNTEER FORM

There are 22 student support positions. Once we have 22 volunteers, we will start a waitlist. Any inquiries can be directed to Raelene Sok via email at jmihstudents@burkinc.com.

Registration Support: The program will award financial support in the form of waived registration fees upfront. Students who are granted support will be notified and sent a comp registration code by email within 24-48 hours of submitting the form so that you may register for free. Do not register for the meeting until you have the special link/code sent to you. If you ignore this request and register before you receive the code, a $20 fee will be deducted from your refund. If you have already registered/paid please indicate that in an email to jmihstudents@burkinc.com.
