POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES/DIRECTRICES PARA LA PRESENTACIÓN DE posters
Posters must be in horizontal orientation and no larger than 36 inches (92 cm) tall (vertical) and 42 inches (106 cm) wide (horizontal). All posters presented at the annual meeting should at least include the title and abstract in English and Spanish. The registration desk will provide necessary supplies for mounting and exhibiting the poster (thumbtacks, corkboard, etc). Authors will hang their posters on Friday morning (4 August). The poster session will take place on Friday afternoon. The primary author should be present at their poster during the whole scheduled poster session.
Los posters deben estar en orientación horizontal y no deben medir más de 36 pulgadas (92 cm) de alto (vertical) y 42 pulgadas (106 cm) de ancho (horizontal). Todos los posters presentados en la reunión anual deben incluir al menos el título y el resumen en inglés y español. En la mesa de inscripción se facilitará el material necesario para el montaje y exposición del póster (chinchetas, corcho, etc). Los autores colgarán sus posters el viernes por la mañana (4 de agosto). La sesión de posters tendrá lugar el viernes por la tarde. El autor principal debe estar presente en su póster durante toda la sesión de posters programada.
CANCELLATIONS OR EDITS TO PRESENTATIONS/CANCELACIONES O CAMBIOS A PRESENTACIONES
AFTER JULY 5, if you plan to cancel your presentation, make an edit to your title, make a change in authors, change in presentation dates, etc., please click the button below. If you are making a change to more than one presentation (such as a Poster and an Oral presentation), fill out the information separately (i.e., fill out the information for the oral presentation, then on a separate form, fill out the information for the poster presentation). Updates will be made as soon as possible and will be noted on the document when the request is completed.
