What is the format of the meeting?
The meeting will kick off with three days of hybrid sessions (July 21-23) that are available to all registered attendees. This means you register either to go onsite in Phoenix, or you watch all sessions virtually. All Session days are included in your registration - July 21-23, and 26-27, whether you are virtual or in-person.

What platform is the JMIH Annual Meeting using for the VIRTUAL attendees?
The JMIH Annual Meeting will be using SignalWire as the live streaming service for the meeting. The platform works best on Chrome, Edge and FireFox.

How do I access the virtual platform?
VIRTUAL ATTENDEES will receive an email from the JMIH Meetings Office, meetings@burkinc.com on July 19 that will include a link to Signalwire. Please do not share this link with anyone other than the registrant.

What information will I have to enter when I login?
You will be asked for your name, email and company. You can enter your institution or JMIH. Click the join button.


How is the platform organized?
The platform will have a “room” for each session on a given day and attendees are free to enter and leave the rooms as they wish. Each time you enter a new room, you will need to allow your computer to use your microphone and camera. The screen will look like this:


I'm having technical issues, what do I do?
Please follow the below steps to troubleshoot your technical issues

  • Refresh your browser
  • Clear your cache and cookies
  • Close all windows and programs not needed for the event
  • Ensure that any VPN you may have is disabled, if applicable
  • Try an incognito window in your web browser
  • Make sure you have good internet access

If after completing the above, you are still experiencing issues - please use the help button (?) on the top right side of your screen.
We also have a SignalWire/Audio Visual Support Room within the platform. Please join that room and a tech will be able to assist.

Will sessions be available to watch later?
All sessions will be recorded and available for both virtual and in-person attendees All attendees will receive an email with the link and password information. Talks will be posted within the next two weeks.

I’m attending the in-person meeting but will be attending the Virtual days on July 26-27, what do I do?
You will receive an email from the JMIH Meetings Office, meetings@burkinc.com on July 25 that will include a link to Signalwire. Please do not share this link with anyone other than the registrant.
