Dear Colleagues,
The 41st ASP 2022 Biennial meeting will be held at the Hotel Albuquerque in Albuquerque, NM from 10-12 April 2022. So please mark your calendar. An online component will consist of recorded sessions. All ASP members and non-members interested in photobiology are invited to attend, share your discoveries, and meet old and new fellow scientists and friends at the meeting. Also, the meeting will offer more than 100 oral presentation opportunities for attendees at all career stages who submit abstracts.

CONFERENCE ATTIRE

Business casual dress is appropriate throughout the meeting. For comfort in the air-conditioned meeting rooms, a light jacket or sweater is suggested.

The ASP Registration Desk is staffed to check in attendees and exhibitors and answer any questions you might have regarding the meeting.

Registration Hours:

  • Saturday: 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
  • Sunday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
  • Monday: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
  • Tuesday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Internet Access

Complimentary guest room and meeting space internet will be provided to attendees.


Food and Beverage

Morning and afternoon breaks will be provided Monday through Wednesday in the registration area.


Cancellation Policy

Substitutions of meeting participants may be made at any time without penalty. All conference cancellations must be in writing and must reach the ASP Office by 9 March to receive a refund. You may switch from In-Person to Online participation with no penalty, up until March 9, 2022; if you decide to do this you will be refunded the difference between the in-person and online registration rate. All refunds will be issued after the meeting minus a 20% processing fee. Refunds will not be issued to no-shows. In the event of a meeting cancellation or reschedule, we will not be held responsible or liable for other costs, charges, and/or expenses, including such things as cancellation/change charges which might be assessed by hotels, airlines or travel agencies.
