Childcare

IRPA/HPS will be providing complimentary childcare, 7-12 July 2024, at the Rosen Shingle Creek, in Orlando, FL. Childcare with be provided through Taming Toddlers, LLC, a licensed and insured childcare providing service. Childcare will be in a room at the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel. Days of childcare are Sunday through Thursday, July 7-11. In an effort to keep the numbers low, childcare is provided at first come-first served. You are not obligated to these times, and you are also welcome to sign your child(ren) up onsite if there is space. Please register now for the times you need to hold your place. • Child’s name
• Parents name
• Parents phone number
• Child’s age
• Allergies

Please make sure you have provided us with accurate drop-off and pick-up times so we can stay compliant with teacher-to-child ratios.

We DO NOT provide meals for your child. So please make arrangements to provide them with a packed meal or pick them up for meal times. We have light snacks such as goldfish, bananas, etc. If your child prefers other snacks or has dietary restrictions please pack their snacks. Below is a guide of things to provide us with for a fun-filled day!

Things to bring:

• diaper bag fully stocked- Pull-ups, wipes, diapers, pacifiers, extra clothes
• water bottle
• snacks
• meals – breakfast and/or lunch
• tablet and charger for downtime
• favorite blanket for nap time

Please note we are limited to pac-n-plays that are provided by the hotel.

We will have activities and crafts for older children as well that includes board games, card games, LEGOs, and a game system.

Your child is more than welcome to bring any item to wear or a favorite toy to bring. We look forward to seeing all of your children this year!

Brittany and Maya have worked in a childcare setting for many years and look forward to many more. Aside from working, they love to travel, hike, binge-watch Netflix, and spend time with their own families and children.

Our mission is to provide safe, fun, and professional childcare services so you are able to enjoy your sessions. We plan a wide array of activities and crafts for each day to keep the children engaged and happy! Our staff is CPR & First Aid Certified, experienced in special education, experienced in childcare in a variety of settings, the staff has completed background checks, training in emergency response.

Some of our daily activities include story-time, themed crafts, board games, and guided playtime. The children have lots of opportunities to use their imaginations through dramatic play with many of the items we provide in our childcare room! Don't worry older kids - Yes, we have a Switch, Slime kits, and other fun stuff for you guys too!
