Companion Program

• The companion registration includes breakfast Monday-Thursday.
• Each companion will get 4 vouchers for a comp breakfast in the hotel restaurant.
• Companions are also able to attend the lunches, reception and coffee breaks.
• There will not be a hospitality suite.
• IRPA will not be able to arrange any transportation for companions. Companions will need to rent a car or Uber to their destinations.
• IRPA has asked a rep from the CVB to come from 9am-10am on Monday to provide companions information about the local area.
